Master heats can be produced as specified primary material for foundries delivered in unit weights of 200 kg to 250 kg in a square block format BL 330 V (other mould sizes on request) with or without lifting eye.
Various recycling materials from foundries and machine shops (e.g. chips, cutting remains etc.) can be remelted in our electric arc furnaces or can be treated by secondary metallurgy in our converter upon request – including certificate of the chemical analysis.
The possible steel grades range from unalloyed, heat-resistant, low carbon, anti corrosion and acid-resistant to high speed steel, tempered steel and special steels according to demand.
